What is the shelf life of your products?
Keep treats in a cool & dry place. Munchies can last up to 18 months on the shelf. No need to refrigerate.
What are your treats made of?
Our treats are made of 100% real & natural ingredients. No fillers or preservatives.
How is the process of freeze drying?
Raw meat is first flash frozen and placed under vacuum pressure to remove water, moisture and ice from the product while retaining its original form.
What is the difference between freeze-dried and dehydrated treats?Dehydrated raw meat goes through a heated drying process to remove the moisture from the food. Many vitamins and minerals from the meat are taken out in this process, leaving only 40-50% nutrient content from the meat. Dehydrated treats have a hard, cooked texture and may be more difficult for young or mature pets with sensitive teeth to chew.
On the other hand, freeze-dried raw meat are frozen and placed under vacuum pressure to remove moisture at a low temperature. This method retains most of the vitamins and minerals found in fresh and raw treats. FD treats are also more lightweight and easy for pets of all ages to chew and digest.

How are orders shipped?
We deliver Nationwide. For Metro Manila, we ship your parcels via Ecoship Asia and Gogo Express (1-3 business days). For provincial orders, we ship via J&T.
Do you accept same day delivery?
For same day deliveries kindly message us via Instagram @mooniestown to check availability of products first. But for same day deliveries we can arrange lalamove or Grab delivery.
Can I send Moonies Town treats as a gift? Do you customize?
Yes! You can send Moonies Town as a gift and include a gift note in your order. Kindly indicate your notes under "special notes" upon checkout.
